Certified Residential Specialist (Requiring both experience and specialized courses, only about 5% of agents nationwide hold this certification)
Courses in Listing, Investing, Finances, Service and Technology to be able to guide you in the buying or selling process

Experience:
Owning, managing and working a court reporting business dedicated to civil litigation in Phoenix since 1980, a business that still runs to this day. In that I developed a sixth sense for issues that could be problematic for you in a transaction – and those that probably will not. Much of our work was real estate related.
Investing in real estate in Phoenix since 1977 in undeveloped land, single-family homes, a shopping center and large-scale apartment projects
Raised in a family heavily involved in real estate from construction to sales to law
Licensed as a broker in Oregon since 2002 and a top producer since 2003, closing my first listing 90 days after beginning my career.

Ed and I have lived in Bend since 1999 and own a ranch with horses, llamas, chickens and way too many dogs and cats!
