My Homes enables you to save a listing to your own private page simply by clicking on the "Add this listing to My Homes" box located on the detail page of every Coldwell Banker Exclusive Listings page.

You can add or remove as many listings to My Homes as you like, and then sort those saved listings by price, date listed, location, listing agent, and status. You can share your My Homes page with others by offering them your user name and password.

Once you are a My Homes members you will be able to search every new Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate listing since your last visit simply by clicking on the “View New Listings Since Last Visit” button located at the top of your My Homes page.

Listings saved to My Homes will be visible for 90 days, even after they’ve been sold. Your My Homes account will be automatically closed after 30 days of non-use.
